These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased or issued via the Flicket platform for CQ Capras events at Browne Park and other venues.



By purchasing, accepting or using a ticket, you agree to the following:



1. Ticket Purchase & Use



All tickets are issued subject to availability.



Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise permitted by CQ Capras.



Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without written consent.



Entry may be refused if a ticket is damaged, duplicated, or deemed invalid.



CQ Capras reserves the right to cancel tickets that breach these conditions.



2. Event Changes



CQ Capras reserves the right to:



Alter event times



Change seating allocations



Modify event programming



Reschedule or cancel events due to circumstances beyond control (including weather, safety, or governing body requirements)



Refunds will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.



3. Entry Conditions



By entering the venue, patrons agree to:



Follow all venue rules and signage



Comply with directions from security and staff



Submit to bag checks if required



Not bring prohibited items (including alcohol, weapons, illegal substances)



Entry may be refused or revoked without refund for:



Intoxication



Anti-social behaviour



Unsafe conduct



Breach of liquor licensing laws



4. Responsible Service of Alcohol



All alcohol service complies with Queensland liquor licensing laws.



Valid ID may be required.



Service will be refused to intoxicated persons.



Patrons may be removed if intoxicated or disorderly.



5. Safety & Liability



Attendance at events involves inherent risks.



To the extent permitted by law:



CQ Capras is not liable for personal injury or property damage except where caused by negligence.



Patrons assume personal responsibility for their own safety.



6. Photography & Media



By entering the venue:



You consent to being photographed or filmed.



CQ Capras may use images for promotional purposes without compensation.



7. Corporate Hospitality



Corporate tickets:



Must be used in accordance with package terms.



Wristbands or accreditation must be visible.



Misuse may result in cancellation of access.



8. Ticketing Platform



Tickets are issued via Flicket.



CQ Capras is not responsible for:



Platform outages



User input errors during purchase



Third-party payment processing issues



9. Governing Law



These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
